Terms and Conditions

1. This Monthly Parking Coupon (MPC) can only be used in Type B – Long Term parking spaces in all Penampang Municipal Council parking places.
2. This Monthly Parking Coupon is only valid for one calendar month.
3. This Monthly Parking Coupon must be clearly displayed on the left side of the vehicle dashboard/windscreen.
4. This Monthly Parking Coupon is non-transferable to other owners or vehicles.
5. This Monthly Parking Coupon is not replaceable and cannot be refunded.
6. Penampang Municipal Council or its managing agent is not bound to secure a parking space for the driver/owner of the vehicle to which this coupon is issued.
7. MPC rate is rm42.40 per coupon inclusive of 6% service tax.
