PARKING COMPLIANCE / LAW ENFORCEMENT
- Users of the Flexi Parking™ smart application are subject to the provisions under the Road Transport (Parking Provisions) Order and all amendments made thereunder.
- The use of this smart application is subject to the date and time as displayed in the Flexi Parking™ smart application.
- Users must comply with the operating period for the parking lot in the relevant MPPenampang administrative area.
- You are only allowed to park in coupon parking lots.
- Purchases via the Flexi Parking™ smart app top-up have no expiry date.
- Failure and delay to add value may result in the vehicle owner being compounded by the relevant Council Enforcement Officer.
- The Council will not accept any appeal regarding this compound.
RECEIPT
- Flexi Parking™ will issue top-up receipts to users via the app.
CLAIMS / APPEALS
- The excess balance for time and money from the use of parking through the Flexi Parking™ smart application will not be returned or credited to the user of the Flexi Parking™ smart application.
- If there is any request for refund of credit balance that is not used due to reasonable reasons, the request can be submitted to Waja Alammega Sdn, Bhd. For any inquiries please email info@sabahcpm.com.my
DISCLAIMER
- The Council will not be responsible for any loss / loss of credit in the Flexi Parking™ app account if the user chooses to automatically confirm the login settings in the Flexi Parking™ app.
